September - my birth month 21 lbs

I'M ONE!!!!

This month was so exciting. I've been learing so much and I had my first taste of CAKE, YUM!

I'm applying for a job at JM Family for the help desk.

My teachers at day care love to dress me up and play with my hair....

August - 11 months old

My hobbies are reading, playing with balls and Juna. This month I've been able to point to myself in pictures. And I can also point out my different family members and all my friends at school. When asked "Where's Jeremy", looking at pictures on a wall at day care, Calvin pointed to the real Jeremy playing on the floor. Everyone keeps telling us how smart he is. He also knows his 3 signs eat, more and milk and can point to the TV, clock, light and fan when you ask him...

July - 10 months old and yep we were right 20lbs 6oz.

I'm 10 months old, yay!!!!!!!!! Even though peas are my favorite snack, mom says I still need to brush my teeth....

I enjoyed my first July 4th over at Chuck and Toby's with Mommy, Daddy, Grandma and Pop pop.......

SO MANY FIRSTS.....

Father’s day….being the most important. Calvin made matching shirts for him and Daddy with his painted hands and feet. We had a great day together celebrating Derek.

This has been a big development month. Calvin had his first vacation to NH, he did awesome on the plane, no tears :-) He added DUCK to his vocabulary, he can get to a sitting position all on his own, in fact he sits up in his crib now waiting patiently for us to get him in the morning. He’s also had his first two bottom teeth emerge, he’s able to pull himself up and he’s learned how to crawl. Our little boy is growing up way too fast!!!

May - 8 months old 19 lbs 2 oz

I attended a Mother's day picnic with Calvin at day care. He made me a beautiful frame. Nina and Gineska used it to put a cute picture of Calvin in it with a tear jerker poem :-) Here's some photos of him making it for me. Also, Calvin was introduced to the pool and beach this month. Of course he LOVED it :-)

April - 7 months old

Calvin is learning to talk, he was sounding out a few sounds like ga and mmmmm as he was looking at his bottle. Shortly after came DA DA DA DA and then MA MA a few days later. Although he doesn’t realize he’s what Ma and Da mean, it’s heart melting!!! We took our first little road trip to Lake Ockocheebee, CT loved it. Easter was a blast, he got all his swimming gear from the Easter Bunny. And we’ve started tasting all kinds of good foods; rice & barley cereals and even some cool stuff like squash & sweet potatoes. We also had exciting visitors this month. Auntie Jen, Payton and Grampy came to see me, we had so much fun!!!

March - 6 months old 17lbs 14oz

What a wonderful month. Calvin was baptised on March 10th. We had lots of visitors; Unlce Rich, Aunt Michelle, Grammy and Grampy were here. Father Tony said that Calvin was the BEST baby ever. He didn't make a peep through the whole ceremony and just smiled as he was blessed. Thank you to all that were able to attend and we're sorry for those that were not able to. We missed you!

He went to his first hockey game, the Bruins vs. the Panthers. Calvin was so cute that we got into the owner’s suite and met Jeremy Jacobs and his wife, it’s nice to know people in high places (Thanks Paula and Jamie). Calvin loved the game and stayed awake cheering his team on the enitre game.

Calvin started eating cereal this month too, of course he loved it and wanted more more more..










He also loves hanging out on his chair, sporting his favorite teams. Baseball has started.......
